Growing internationalisation offers not only new opportunities but new challenges, as well. We therefore gladly support you in your international projects. For us, tax law doesn’t end at the German border. In addition to advising on German tax and corporate law, we round out our service with the expertise of lawyers and tax advisors who specialise in foreign law.

Free and independent

As a high-end boutique in Germany, we have no branches in other countries. We are also completely free to act on our own as we are not members of any established networks. Thanks to this complete independence, we can choose to cooperate only with those colleagues in foreign countries whose qualifications truly impress us.

We are also happy to cooperate with foreign advisors of your choice, which will not lead to competition since we do not work abroad ourselves. Our experience shows that this is very beneficial for cooperation.

Personal networks

We have established personal networks all over the world; we also invest a lot of time in expanding and improving them. For example, one of our partners was honorary president of the Tax Commission of the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA) from 2014-2019. In addition, all partners of BLOMBERG are members of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Because of our worldwide networks, we personally know many excellent advisors. This means that we can recommend the most suitable colleague in almost every country.

Our languages

We are happy to create all kinds of correspondence, reports and contracts for you in various languages.

Our colleague Barbara Worthen, a state-certified and sworn translator appointed by the Munich District Court I, is responsible for perfect English. If needed, Ms Worthen can also provide officially certified translations of your contracts.

For all Russian-language needs, we profit from the expertise of our partner Svetlana Heil, a native speaker. This enables us to conduct all legal communications in Russian with you directly – and without external translators.
